Hello, My first avatar keep reappearing when I go back to the pervious layer. It didn't do this initially and I've tried everything it wont stop reappearing. Any suggesting? please help.
Without seeing the slide that is difficult to diagnose, I cannot see if you are showing layers or hiding avatars, it would be much easier to fix if you can see the slide or the triggers panel.
Another thing I did notice are you using Articulate Online as your LMS? if not the likert question rarely send any meaningful data to other LMSs
This might do it. You have a lot of timeline start triggers that are showing the different images, I set the 3 layers that show off that layer to not hide other layers this way it is always open and the triggers do not fire again.
I also set a white shape behind each of those three layers to mask the layer below so it doesn't show, seems to work fine for me.
