One course contents two lines of slides. Student can ,at a certain point, pick one of the lines which will then follow and finish with the final test. Each line of slides has its own final test. Does anyone know how to set Storyline so that we can track results from either of the final tests?

My apologies, I envisioned setting the percentages to reflect only taking one test out of two in the final results slide is what you needed.
Could you explain your need a bit more?
