360 and php Code - trouble with running quizzes

Hi there, 

We publish our exams to xAPI, and then use the compiled output and a php file to upload our exams to a linux server (together with an sql database).  We have been doing this for a few years, and as recently as July, were successful.  Exams were loading normally and the results were recording to our LMS. 

Unfortunately, after we updated to the August build, we have been unable to get php code to work with the storyline 360 output to run the exams on our site. It is interesting that our lesson files are not experiencing the same trouble with loading (though they do not report anything to an LMS).  We were able to use the same php file we are using for the lessons to run an exam, but it would not report to the LMS.  

Does anyone have any experience using php code to run a storyline 360 exam file?  Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?
