360 Subscription Questions

Hi Heroes,
A few 360 questions I just could not find answers to:
1. If I upgrade to 360 at the reduced rate, what will my subscription cost each year after?
2. Is there a monthly subscription rate available?
3. As long as I have a 360 subscription, will I ever have to pay to upgrade again?
4. If I don't have Storyline work for several months (or a year), can I cancel the subscription and renew when I have Storyline work again?
5. If I cancel and come back, what will my subscription cost (same rate as answer to Q1?)?
