A SCORM 2004 output question

Hello team! 

I'm in discussions with a new LMS vendor (https://www.blink.it/) - I tried putting SL output into their platform, and it creates an error - apparently because there is no index.htm file (as I'm sure you are aware i.e. index_lms.htm is the default). 

What's the easiest way around this? Should I rename index_lms ? - if so, does that mean that the manfest.xml needs to be modified? Or create a simple file at index.htm that redirects? - or can I modify the publish settings so that I don't have to alter the output files? - the vendor has suggested that they could change the default from index.htm - but would want a considerable amount of money for doing so.
