I am a new Storyline 360 user and I have a question. Once a document is published to the web, or word, etc., will intended users be able to access the document even though they do not have articulate?
Correct, your users don't need Storyline or any other Articulate tools to view your published courses.
Once you've published the course you'll provide the learners with a link to the published output in your Learning Management System (LMS), Web server, or if using a Word/Video publish just that individual file generated.
