I'm wondering how to access the character bundle. My company has provided me with an access code for storyline and, supposedly, for the character bundle. When I look at the bundle, Articulate doesn't seem to give the option for inputting the access code (as it does when getting storyline). Does anyone know where I can input the code to get the character bundle?
The issue with the SOP is that is says "Use the link in your product confirmation email to download the character pack or bundle installer to your computer.". My email confirmation has no links just the codes.
This thread is a bit older, but if you're missing the links can you reach out to our Customer Care team here? They'll be able to confirm the purchase and send you the links.
This is frustrating. I just spend a good 20-30 minutes on this site trying to figure out how to download the character bundle we purchased. I went to this page after reading this thread and clicked on "Here's how to install character packs and bundles" and that link took me right back to where I started, with no clear process to complete the task... argh
In many organizations, the purchaser of the product is not the user. I was given serial numbers from my IT department and nothing else. They don't have the links anymore and I just had a computer upgrade.
I'm sorry this has lead you on a wild goose chase for those characters - with the launch of Articulate 360 the URLs changed as we no longer sell the character bundles on their own.
It sounds like you had them previously, so I'll get a case started with our Customer Care team to track down those licenses and get you the download links.

Have you reviewed the directions here on how to install the character pack?
If you don't have the email to download the character pack, can you connect with our Support team?
