Hi, I have a pdf document in the resource section of my player. However when you upload the scorm to the LMS and and try to access the resource document ( when using on the web ) it cant find it ?
I'm told this isn't a fault of the LMS, so where is the problem in articulate ?
Did you link to a file hosted on your local drive, a network server, etc.? Where did the file live prior to inserting it into Storyline? To confirm it's not an issue with your LMS you may want to look at testing it in another environment such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS Testing. The article linked there will walk you through testing steps and help see how it'll behave in another environment.

Hi Altan
have you checked the published folder \story_content\external_files to see if the pdf file is there?

Hi Altan! I believe that Wendy is referring to the Storyline output files. Thanks for letting us know that it's working for you now.
I did want to mention that replying to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature. You are welcome to pop in and edit that if needed.
Hi Altan

My Documents\Articulate Projects\filename\story_content\external_files
