Activation Issue

Is anyone else have an activation issue with Storyline 2?  I have been having to activate SL2 each time I start it. The 30 day count down is about to expire and I believe that I will not be able to use the program after that.

I contacted support who worked on the issue for about a week and then never contacted me again.  I have resubmitted my issue and waiting to hear from them. I am hoping that someone else might know what the problem is.
