Adding a vertical scroll to a text entry field

Hello Heroes! 

I'm having trouble making my text entry fields vertically scroll. Right now, when you enter lots of text, it automatically scrolls horizontally, but you cant scroll back, and there is no scroll bar, so essentially the user looses the ability to review what they have typed.  I've tried formatting the shape, and making sure that "wrap text in shape" is turned on, but it hasnt made a difference.  
Any idea how to go about this?
