I'm working with a story size of 788 x 643 and am adding MOV files to the slides. Even though the videos have been created as 786 x 643, when I preview the slide, there is a grey bar down each side of the video. The story size hasn't changed so I'm not sure what is happening.
Thanks for the advice. I'm still checking my slides to see if any have one of the sidebar options enabled (I'm adding Notes and Menu via the Player options). I had the slides in place already as placeholders and the problem didn't arise until I inserted the first video. Strangely it only happens when I preview a scene at a time but not if I preview the whole project.

Looks like on one of your slides you have one of the sidebar option s enabled. Check in story view they are all set to default
