After publish a course for LMS integration there is no zip file

Hello!

I tried several times to publish the course in a zipped form for the  LMS integration, but it keeps creating folders, not a compressed file. 
I restarted the program, updated Articulate, and restarted the computer but still no progress. Could anyone help me ASAP? I have to launch the course next week...
