When I turn on closed captions in storyline, I see the button appear down the right-hand side of the screen (with the cog, volume, speed buttons etc.) however, when I publish to review 360 it's nowhere to be seen.
A closed captions button will appear only if you actually inserted closed captions to your media manually through "Add captions" option or imported them as another file with .srt, .vtt, .sub or .sbv extension. If there are no captions, a CC button would not be seen even though is checked in the player settings.
