My course has to have an 80% pass rate, so that's what the results slide is set on. However, when I complete the quiz and answer everything correctly, it shows my score as only 80%. How can I fix this so that it shows 100%? I've tried editing the results slide, and I haven't left any questions out for scoring, and it is set to 80% for passing.
it would help if you can share your .story file so folks can take a look at your setup. Are you seeing this on the result slide in preview and publish or when uploaded to an LMS. Are you viewing the flash or html5 output? and which version of SL are you using
Unfortunately I can't share the file for security purposes, since it's for work. But I'm using Storyline 2 and am seeing this issue when I preview -- haven't published yet. It's a project someone else created that I'm now editing.
Ryan tested it in multiple browsers and wasn't able to recreate the issue. He was testing the published version, but I was only seeing this issue in Preview mode before I published. So I went ahead and published for LMS and I'm not having the problem anymore. Strange...
Hmmm...that is strange. Thanks for letting us know your update and just be sure to reach out if you need further assistance. Glad the published project is working as expected though :)

Hello Suzanne - Since you cannot share publicly here in the forums, I recommend sharing privately here with a support engineer to take a look.
Thank you, Leslie. I will try that.
I see where you did reach out to our team (01051036) Suzanne and you should be hearing from someone soon.
I popped in to check on your case this morning and it looks like you are continuing to work with Ryan :)
Yes, we have resolved the issue.
Thanks for the update Suzanne - glad to hear that :)
I just wanted to mention that replying to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature. You are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
Ha, thanks for letting me know that :)
No problem at all on our end Suzanne - just like to be sure that users are aware.
Hi Suzanne - great news! Can you share the solution here to help other users that may be experiencing same or similar issue.
