I have a lot of screen recordings for software simulations in my courses, when I have a recording on a single slide they are click-able for the user. Sometimes this is an issue because it then stops the screencast from playing.
I can't find what is causing this or what is different from one recording to another, I want to set them all so that they are not click-able so it avoids any confusion, can anyone help?
Hi, Vicki - First, would you be able to run this repair to address unexpected or erratic behavior in Storyline? In addition, please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file.
