This is the first time I have posted a new discussion so before I begin I'd just like to say what a truly helpful and supportive group this community is. I've found many solutions to problems that I have had on here so thank you all.
I have some animated GIFs that are set to run when a trigger is selected. They work fine in preview but when I publish them, they stutter when selected or do not complete the full animation. I have tried adjusting the frame rate to both 24 and 30 fps but it makes no difference. Also the stuttering generally only starts when the trigger is selected a second time.
Has anyone else ever had an issue like this and figured out how to resolve it?
It looks like you may be experiencing a bug in the software. This bug has already been reported. I'm going to add your voice to the report. If there's any news regarding this bug, this conversation will be updated.
In the meantime, try converting the GIF into an MP4. This workaround is listed in the bug report.
