Hi I am trying to animate bullet points in storyline. I dont have the first level paragraph option so instead I am using the float in animation with by paragraph effext option.
The problem is it floats in at the start of my video I need it to float in towards the end. The text is not coming up individually in my timeline to move them.
If the lines of text are separate paragraphs (you entered them by hitting Enter after each one), then on the timeline, click the little down triangle to expand the text box, and you can see them individually.
Thanks for your reply, problem is I dont get the little down triangle to expand the text box. All the text is in one box (copied from a pp presenatation), but the time line is reading it all all one sentence it isnt breaking it down
For it to be animated by paragraph, it must have more than one paragraph. Hitting enter is what marks the end of a paragraph. So, if it is actually text in a text box, you can go in and create paragraphs. Place your cursor after each part you want to animate separately, and hit Enter.
The expansion arrow may not show up until you add an animation, and choose by paragraph.
