Hello, I imported a question bank into an exam I am trying to make for a course, and all of the answers it seems, are in different states. As in when you hover over the answer it goes into a two line answer, when you select the answer it may even go vertical. This is very annoying. Am i missing a setting somewhere? It is taking a while to fix each question by hand. All multiple choice questions, or true false.
It was just from a previous storyline exam. At some point, all these questions were made physically, but I can’t say if they were made by storyline or quizmaker. Yes, many of the slots on each “state” are different sizes and widths. I don’t know why it came across like that when I imported a question bank from another exam that was working fine.
Hm, that's really strange. I definitely wouldn't expect that to happen during the import process.
If you still have the original file, I'd like our Support Engineers to take a closer look at it. They can test importing the file and let you know if the same thing happens. Would you mind sharing the file with our team here?
I guess it’s not that big of a deal. I don’t have time today to upload it. I was mostly wondering if you had heard of a problem like this. As it seems you have not, the problem may be in my creation of the bank. I may have somehow messed up the formatting.

Hi Pryce!
It sounds like the width of the text box for the Hover and Selected states is narrower than the Normal state.
You mentioned you imported the questions into your file. Where did you import them from? Did the states behave this way in the original file?

Thanks, Pryce. If you decide later you'd like us to take a look, you know where to find us!
