Answers not showing

Hi guys,

 

Im running into a problem with Storyline 360. Im currently finishing up a project for a client and we already ran a test phase. Unfortunately for 3 people the answers were not visible for particular questions. It happens at the same questions for all 3. For the other 7 people who tested the course and myself this problem does not occur. We all view the course in Chrome and when looking at the particular questions I cant seem to find any deviation from the other questions where everything is fine. Screenshot attached for missing answers.

Hi Shane!

We were seeing some issues with slide objects disappearing in Chrome version 72 due to a browser update, and this could be the problem you're running into. My guess is that the 7 people who didn't see the problem are on Chrome 71. 

In a recent update, we enhanced Storyline 360 to accommodate these browser updates. If you haven't done so already, install the latest update, then publish the course again. That should sort everything out!
