Today, several inserted pictures became empty - that is, clicking the image would show the outline and draggers, but there was no photo. Several photos on the same slide.
I fell back to an earlier dated source file and lost a day's work.

I opened a ticket and uploaded a damages slide for your review. Worth noting that the submission form didn't give me an ID to reference here. Nothing but "Your post has been submitted" or something like that.
Also worth mentioning: The "Record a screencast" button does nothing in Google Chrome. Does it work in other browsers?
Hi Sam! I could not locate your support case, not sure if it's under a different name perhaps.
As far as the Screencast, Java is a requirement and I think that can be a pain in Chrome, so that is probably the issue that you ran into. The screencast is not required for submission though, as you probably realized :)

we have had the same issues when fotos or design elements disappeared. In the example attached, we have eight tiles but only seven showing.
The issue may disappear after reloading.
The issues has something to do with "Status" because when we removed the status, it worked fine.
It also only occured after one of the latest updates.
We reopened earlier files which were now corrupted as well.
I am happy to send the file across under a non-public link.
