You know those lines you can attach to a point on a shape in Powerpoint, so that when you move the shape the line remains attached to the shape? I cannot find that feature in Storyline, does anyone know if it's there and where to find it? Thanks,
I'm looking to connect two shapes like powerpoint does with anchor points. The connector moves when you move the shape it's connected to. Convenient. There's also the ability to modify the connector path by dragging it. And finally, there's curly braces in powerpoint that has not made it into the default Storyline shapes. Have to copy and paste from ppt to get that shape.
Hi Cheryl - Do you have Articulate 360? If so, you also have a program called Studio 360 which functions like an add-on to PowerPoint. You could build your slides in PowerPoint using the shapes and connectors and either publish your course using Studio or import the slides you built in PowerPoint into Storyline.

Hi Cheryl - This functionality is not available in Storyline but you can group shapes so that they stay together when you move the group.
You can find the group function under Arrange on the Home tab.
Thanks Nancy! I thought not but was hopeful it was lurking there somewhere.
This is nuts that Storyline does not have basic shapes.
Hi San!
I'm happy to champion this idea to the right team! Could you share a little more about what you're looking to achieve?
I'm excited to continue our conversation and get a sense of your current process!
Thanks @Katie.

So, basically still no connectors exactly like PowerPoint?
