I was asked this question about tracking persons who have taken a class we produced, in an email from one of our team members the other day. I am new to using Articulate (about 7 months) and here is the text of their question. "Do you guys have Articulate storyline or 360? Also, did you purchase Articulate Online? It’s a way to view/track people who take the courses. Was curious if you looked into this and if you had it, if I could see it!" The part I have no idea about is the portion that is in bold and underlined. Can someone please assist? I have Storyline 3 that was purchased via the stand alone key.

Hi Danny,
Articulate Online is Articulate's own version of a Learning Management System. It comes in as a separate subscription which allows you to track and view reports about the people who takes your courses. You can know more about it here: Articulate Online.

Nicholas for the data cloud widget what is your policy on GDPR? I would love to use this and although my role would be data controller using your widget I have no idea on the security of the data or if there has been a leak could you clarify this?
