We don't have an option to publish to a single file such as an MP4 video. You will find that publishing creates a collection of files, all of which need to be included when uploading the course to a web server or LMS.
Sure thing Sandra - you'll want to publish for web and still upload all the contents to your website (either as a zipped file or just the entire output folder). Also you may want to review the information here about embedding it in a website.

Articulate Online is our hosting solution, and is a separate purchase than Storyline or Studio - but you can utilize the free trial to test out hosting it there. When you're set up and ready to publish, you can follow the steps here.
