Articulate 360: can't launch because of update

Good morning. I did an update yesterday, and I see there's a new one today. The Launch buttons have been replaced by Update buttons, which means I can't work until I get my helpdesk up here to install the update. It could be hours.

Is it possible to leave the button set to Launch or Open and just let the update trigger be in the upper section as it also is shown? Thanks.
