Storyline 2 Activation

Hi All,

The next-to-most-recent update to S2 caused a problem. When I launch S2, I am told it is an evaluation copy. I activate it with my key, but the next time I launch the exact same thing happens. I updated S2 with the most-recent update and it continues to ask for my serial number each time I launch the program. So, I uninstalled S2 completely and reinstalled the most recent version again. It continues to ask for my serial number each time I launch the program.

Help!

Hi there,

Has this issue been resolved? The SL2 version on my laptop shows the same behaviour since a few weeks. I need to enter my serial number every morning...
The difference I immediately see is that there is a message 'Windows is configuring storyline' before launching. This did not happen before. Any news on this issue would be great!

Hi Miranda! Be sure that you are using the latest update to Storyline 2, which is now Update 6. We show that this issue was corrected in Update 5. If you are still having an issue, please reach out to our support team here so that we can get this documented.
