Articulate 360 Deactivation

Hi,

I moved to a new team and need to be added to a new administration group. My current license is from my previous team. They asked me to deactivate it and transfer to them. I don't know how to deactivate my current Articulate account. Can you please help me?

The Team Administrator is responsible for activating and deactivating Articulate 360 accounts.

Go into the Articulate 360 desktop app, click the down-arrow next to your account's icon, and select Profile & Account. On the web page with appears, click Team Info. The Account Owner is listed, along with the PC Administrator (often, the same person but not always). They have the power to add and remove profiles from the Team Subscription.
