Articulate 360 desktop apps not appearing

Thanks for contacting us to let us know about your software apps. I have to admit that I've not seen an Articulate 360 Desktop Application look like that.

Let's get you back up and running.

When you log in to 360.articulate.com, do you see your avatar and a button to 'Download Apps' in the top right corner like this:

Once that's complete, you should be able to follow the instructions for installing your apps here.

Hi Leslie, thanks for the reply.

Yes I've clicked Download Apps and installed the 360 application on my computer. When I'm on the dashboard (as in your screenshot) and I click on Storyline, it brings up a dialog box to download Articulate 360 again - but if I click that, it says it's already installed.

Update - the desktop apps are now appearing!

Not sure why - but it all appears to be fixed now.
