I downloaded articulate 360 desktop and it wont let me login. It doesn't give me any error. I tried with two separate accounts to be sure that it is not a problem of my account but nothing changed. I uninstalled and installed the app several times but i still have the problem.

I tried all the reasons and still doesn't work :(

Sorry to hear that you are still experiencing difficulty with this. I see where you reached out to our support team and that Gren is assisting you.
I would recommend continuing to work with her there and keep her informed on the progress of working with your IT team.
