Hi, I have a new laptop and wanted to install Articulate 360.
I could install it, but it does not "open" correctly. I have only a blank field, either black or white, but I do not see any icons for the programms. Any ideas what went wrong?
thank You for Your response. Meanwhile the problem is solved. I unistalled the whole windows 10, and the technicean did some changes in the Bios - and ... it works. There where 3 other apps with strong graphic parts, which also did not open....

I'm sorry you've run into trouble installing Articulate 360!
I'd want to first have you run through the steps here to uninstall and reinstall it to make sure that's been a seamless process. If that's still not working right, please reach out to our team here and they'll help you with next steps!
