I had installed Articulate 360 license on my system and used credentials to log in, Another resource tried to use the software using the same credentials. Now even after uninstalling Articulate 360 from the other person's system, I see 'Trial Version' of the 'paid software'. Kindly help me address the problem.

Do you have more than one Articulate ID? If you have an active subscription, be sure that you are logged in with the correct email/password.
