Articulate 360 license

I had installed Articulate 360 license on my system and used credentials to log in, Another resource tried to use the software using the same credentials. Now even after uninstalling Articulate 360 from the other person's system, I see 'Trial Version' of the 'paid software'. Kindly help me address the problem.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your Articulate ID.

  1. You should not share your Articulate ID with anyone.
  2. It looks like you had a trial with this email back in 2019, so perhaps you used a different email than you are logged in with here.

Do you have more than one Articulate ID? If you have an active subscription, be sure that you are logged in with the correct email/password.
