Articulate 360 update Access Denied

Hi all,

So we received an update alert from the desktop app and since we have work computers, it is restricted and will require IT helpdesk to update it.

Our problem is that the update is access via the desktop app and even our IT admin is unable to allow the update and install with admin permission.  

Please if anyone has experienced the same frustration as us and have a solution to it?
