What happens when you try to access the course on your Android phone?
What other publishing options did you choose (i.e., for web, LMS, LMS output type, etc.)? Where did you upload the course to test it?
what version of Storyline are you using?
What Android device and OS are you using? Does it open normally on Apple devices?
For offline viewing to work, users will first need a wifi connection to download the course. Once it's been downloaded then they can turn off the wifi and use it offline.
