Articulate Mobile Player launches to blank screen

My boss is going away on a business trip and prior to leaving he wanted to add some new courses to his Articulate Mobile Player app.

However he now encounters a blank screen when the Mobile Player app is launched. He has tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but this hasn't worked.

Is there an issue with the latest update and any of the iOS versions?

Any help with resolving this would be great....

Hi Conor,

The update just finished, and everything is working fine on my end. I heard from another member of my team who said he was working with a user who saw something similar and restarting the iPad resolved the behavior. I also see that you're working with my colleague Renato on this as a case, so we'll continue to keep an eye on that.
