Articulate Mobile Player not loading mp4s

We have a TinCan presentation done in Storyline that works great on desktops but when we try to view the presentation on the iPad in the Articulate Mobile Player none of the videos will load. It just has a spinning wheel. The video is about 4 slides in and all the audio and images are loading fine. Looking in the logs on the server I can see where the mp4 was requested by the application but only downloaded a bit of the video then closed the connection. If I try to access the mp4 in Safari on the iPad it works fine. Is there any way to debug why the Articulate Mobile Player is balking on the video or is there something i should look at on our server about how the videos are sent?

I actually think I have it resolved. It seems the Articulate Mobile Player looks for the HTTP header of "Accept-Ranges: bytes" and if the server doesn't return that HTTP header it quits loading the video. In IIS 8 that HTTP header is not there by default and upon adding it to the HTTP headers the videos now work.
