Articulate player wiping out Offline content

When we sync our iPads , all of the offline content in the player is wiped out.  Any ideas? We are using IOS7.

Hi Ted,

Are you using iOS7? I've previously updated my Mobile player app, and didn't lose any of the content, so I can't imagine that syncing it would cause the loss of the content. Unfortunately you'll need to redownload the content to the mobile player and ensure you've enabled the download for offline use in the app too, but I'll do some additional testing and looking around to see if I can replicate the issue on my iPad.
