I'm not certain I understand what you mean by sync your iPads. Are you able to download the content again or does it just no longer exist in the mobile player library?
Hi Ted, I synched my iPad (original iPad, iOS 5.1.1) with iTunes and the Offline content remains in the Player library after the synch. So, this may be an issue with iOS7.
Are you using iOS7? I've previously updated my Mobile player app, and didn't lose any of the content, so I can't imagine that syncing it would cause the loss of the content. Unfortunately you'll need to redownload the content to the mobile player and ensure you've enabled the download for offline use in the app too, but I'll do some additional testing and looking around to see if I can replicate the issue on my iPad.

Ashley,
when we sync the iPads with iTunes, the offline content disappears from the mobile player library.
