Articulate Screen Recording Glitch

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew why this was happening & how to fix:

Each time I screen record on Articulate Storyline 2, I have been putting a distinct aspect ratio to the screen recording but each time it goes back into articulate, whether as a video or as individual slides, the aspect ratio shifts drastically to exclude half of what I had laid out, leaving the red line of recording box.

I attached a screenshot of what I received from one recording.  I have recorded on dual screens (known errors with articulate) as well as on a single screen and received the same results. Any ideas how to fix this?
