I am using both Articulate Storyline & Articulate Storyline 2 to create eLearning modules which are than posted to our LMS. I have users reporting that the modules created using Articulate Storyline 2 will freeze or launch with a blank screen when accessed offsite using VMware Horizon View. The modules created with Articulate Storyline work perfectly in this environment.
I don't know that I've heard of a lot of folks using VMware Horizon View - and I'm not incredibly familiar with it either. Is there a reason they are not able to access the LMS direct on their own system without going through this server? You could also look at testing the course in SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS content or within another browser to see if either of those are contributing to the behavior.
Yes it is possible that folks can go direct to the LMS web portal without using VMware but sometimes course creators will add Resource url links to our Intranet site for reference. Believe it or not I got it working using Java 8.51, looks like it is not compatibale in lower versions in VMware, thanks for the reply.
