I see that you've also reached out to our Support Engineers in case #00855661 . You'll want to make sure to reply back to them with the requested logs. Once those are received, our engineers will be able to investigate further with you to nail down what's happening and get you up and running. If you don't see the email from them in your inbox, sometimes they can be filtered to spam/junk boxes so take a peek there as well. :)
It sounds like you're having difficulty with Storyline 2? I'd advise starting with the repair steps here and then also confirming that your computer meets the minimum system requirements here.
If you need additional help, let me know here or reach out to our Support Engineers!
Hi, thank you for when I was answering me. All the content I create is in Windows, and I do not use any external drivers These content I make in other systems are well implemented. This problem is only in my system. I'm having this problem both when I get the output from my system and in my system, and when I display the storyline software, this is a bug error.
This was not a problem, and it was not a problem. It's been 2 weeks now. I've changed Windows, I've upgraded Windows, but I'm getting it wrong.
Please help distinguished professors to resolve this issue
Hello, this problem occurs for all files. I open or run any content. This error is displayed after a few moments.
This file is working well in other systems and does not fail. Only in my system. This will give me an error. I will play for myself. Try it. There are no problems. But in my system I want to create any content or game. I have this problem both at the time of construction and at the time of execution.
Hi Yes, I did all the things that you said for Windows 10 to fix the error according to the URL of the web page of the Storyline, and unfortunately there was no error. Hope your engineers help me solve this problem. thank you
I'm sorry for the delay, but your case has been assigned to our team of Support Engineers and they're working through cases as they receive them. It can be about a 1 -2 day turn around time.
They'll be in touch as soon as they can, and since you've already done some of the steps such as repairing Storyline they'll be able to dive into additional troubleshooting with you.
Thanks Hamid for the update and I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue. It looks like Renato shared these steps with you as a final resolution:
I see that you're getting error messages from Microsoft .NET. Please go to the following link:
Then go to Windows 10 and follow the steps to make sure Microsoft .NET Framework is enabled.
Is that what did the trick?
As for sharing your projects you're welcome to post them here in the E-Learning Heroes community. I'd also suggest sharing in theBuilding Better Courses side of ELH! That side tends to focus more on design and how to.
Hi, I did not understand how I can put the games that I have made on your site for others to use. Please give me some guidance. Thanks.
The video I sent to you shows that with the help of your engineers I realized that I had to choose this option so that the problem that caused me was resolved. Now my problem is resolved and I do not get any damage. I thank you very much and your engineers. You helped me about this problem
I really appreciate you sharing that video- that's super helpful to see the solution and may even assist others here who run into the same type of issue!
I'm excited that you want to share your games with us- the sample file you shared earlier for testing was fun to play with ☺️.
I'm happy to help get that going for you, and I have a question to understand fully how you want to share it. Do you want to share it as:

Hi all the things you said, but the problem is still there
Please help me please
Hey Hamid!
Thanks for those screenshots, really helpful.
Just to confirm- are you trying to launch the Published for CD output launch_story.exe to view the course on your computer?
If so, is the entire published output saved directly to your C:Drive/Desktop, or are you trying to launch it from an external or network drive?
Let me know!

Hey Hamid!
Thanks so much for those details.
I want to make sure I fully understand what's happening, so I have a couple more questions:
Really appreciate it!

Hey Hamid,
Thanks so much for sharing your file and that screen recording! Really helpful.
Your file didn't throw me any errors when testing it on my end so just to verify- have you tried all the steps in this article?
Let me know if that does the trick! If not, I'll have our Support Engineers reach out to you directly to continue to dig in here.
Sorry this has been slowing you down!

Hi, Thanks for waiting for a problem to be solved on your behalf
I'm still waiting for your help
Hi Hamid
have you checked your 'junk mail' folder for the email?
Hi, I did not send any messages to my email address to resolve my issue
Apparently there is nobody to help me, even the engineers of the site articulate

Hi, Thank you very much. I helped you. My problem was resolved. I did not crash. But it still works a bit. Your help can help you get better.
I was wondering if it is possible to put some of the content I have built for you to use for others in your area.
