First I saw you had two posts, so I removed the other one to lessen confusion. š
Next I'd want you to theĀ follow the steps here to have a clean install of Storyline 2. When you're going through those please also make sure you're installing Storyline locally as it's not supportedĀ in a server environment.
If you're still hitting that error message, please reach out to our Support team and they'll work with you to collect error logs to see what else is clogging this up.
