Install Failed (ERROR 80070643) Oct 12, 2021 By Van Nhi I am getting an Install Failed message when trying to install storyline 3 on my Dell Laptop. (Windows 10 64 bit) I get the message: Install FailedThe storyline installation folder contents appear to have been moved, renamed or deleted. ERROR 80070643 WHAT CAN I DO??

I found a thread where Micah was able to solve the same error on a SL2 install, you may be able to follow the same steps to resolve. Another idea may be to download a new copy of the exe. But most of the threads I find, they open a support case to get it resolved. Best of luck to ya!
