Articulate Storyline 2 - Mobile Devices cannot use HTML5 content.

Hi,

I am currently having issues when loading HTML5 content on a mobile device. I am primarily testing this on an iPad. We do not wish to use the app for this as it will be accessed by many and we do not wish everyone to install the app on their devices.

Looking through previous posts I can see a mention of private browsing. This has been looked at and is not the cause. Currently when viewed on a device a play button is shown, when this is tapped nothing else appears, the player sits there without anything playing.

 

Any ideas?

The updater and update for Storyline 2 works a treat however I was wondering if it was possible to make my life a little easier.

I am using the Moodle as our LMS, they way that they store files means that the scan via FTP option will not work.

I was wondering whether there was any solution to this? If not it will be a tedious job of updating and re-uploading large amounts of articulate files.
