Hello, I have a video mp4 on my computer and I'm trying to edit it in Articulate Storyline 2 - when I try to trim it a message says 'video cannot be encoded'. I read that there maybe a problem when using Windows 7.

Yes I have the latest Storyline 2 version updates and Im working on my own laptop. It's Windows 10 I have.
