I want to report a problem in Storyline 3 and the latest updates of Storyline 2. When using the trigger "right click" in HTML5 opens the context menu of the browser.
In the version Storyline 2 Update 9: 1605.1919 right click does not open the context menu in HTML5.
Thanks for sharing your experience with us, Oleg. We're seeing the same thing, and we've reported it to our team. Here's an inside look at what happens to a bug after it's been reported.
I'll tag this thread to be updated as soon as we get more information!
Hopefully Sanket will be able to pop in and assist you here, you are certainly welcome to reach out to the user directly via the 'Contact Me' option on the user profile if you do not hear back soon.
Mel here. Here's a pic. Note: to edit the story_html5.html file you'll need a text editor. But Wordpad or Notepad won't do it. The one shown in the picture is Notepad++ via https://notepad-plus-plus.org/
Hey everybody. I'm excited to let you know that we just released update 3 for Storyline 3! It includes new features and fixes - check them all out here.
One of the fixes addresses an issue where right-clicking shows the context menu in HTML5 output.
Here’s where you can download and install the latest version of Storyline 3. Let me know how you make out!

I have found one small hack for this. Edit your HTML5 story file and add : oncontextmenu="return false" in the body tag. Launch and check.

Hello Sanket, would you be willing to share a screenshot showing where you add this in the HTML file?
Thanks,
Kimberly
