For some reason, I am suddenly experiencing an issue with the resources tab opening for the learner but opening behind the slide. This makes the resources impossible to view. Also, this only happens in Chrome but is okay in other browsers.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you resolve?
Chrome recently implemented a change in update 72 that is causing slide objects and player tabs to be incorrectly hidden. Specifically, this happens when viewing the course in a large browser window. Reducing the size of the window should bring the resources tab back into view.
We're adding an enhancement to Storyline 3 in the next update that will resolve the issue you're seeing. Stay tuned, that update is coming soon!
The update Alyssa mentioned is ready today! Storyline 3, build 3.6.18134.0 is live and includes a fix for the issue you're running into. You can download the update from this page and once you install and republish your courses with it you should see the fix.
So the answer is yes :) Updating to the latest version of Storyline 360 and republishing your courses should fix this for the issue your client is seeing.
