What version of Storyline 360 are you using? To find this detail, simply go to Help > About Storyline
Mind sharing your .story file or just the media slide with me? You can either send it by using the Add Attachment link in your reply or share it privately with me via this link. I'd like to take a look at the trigger setup and try to replicate the button visibility issue in the same environment.
Thanks for the added info. When you're viewing the Review link on a Mac, what browser are you using? Chrome, Firefox or Safari should all work normally. Could you share a copy of this .story file with us or the Share link from Review?

I’m using Storyline 360 v 3.19.166
The issues seems to only happen when view on a Mac.
