I have been using articulate storyline 1 since from last 2 years on my laptop. All of sudden it has started showing the message " Articulate storyline has stopped working". I have tried reinstalling it, repairing it but still it is showing the same message. Help me with this issues as soon as possible. This problem actually started after I updated my windows to 8.1
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've run into. Did you just recently update to Windows 8.1? There was a known error detailed here with a fix when first updating to Windows 8.1. You'll also want to make sure you're on the latest update of Storyline, update 7. You can check which update you're using by going to the Help tab and clicking on About Articulate Storyline. You'll see the update number listed in the box that appears.
