I have installed Articulate Storyline on my Windows 7 desktop. The software has been installed properly. Once I start the software, the software crashes and I get the following message: "Articulate Storyline has stopped working." What could be the reason?
Try restarting your computer and opening Storyline again. If the problem persists, uninstall Storyline, restart your computer, and re-install Storyline.

And sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. The first thing you'll want to be sure to do, is install and run Storyline from a local drive only. Articulate software must also be installed with administrative privileges. If you're not an administrator on your computer, please ask your IT staff for assistance.

Not that I know of.
Does your computer have all the recent updates?
Sometimes Storyline can start slowly, have you checked task manager to see if there is a storyline process running?
@Phil: no storyline process is not running.
@Joshua: I have Windows 7 Professional edition, 32 bit OS! Any pre-requisite software are required to be installed?
I'm assuming you downloaded the trial version of Storyline. Maybe it the downloaded file got corrupted. You could try downloading the file again.

Hi. I'm having the exact same problem! Storyline crashes at the Splash screen and an error "Storyline has stopped working" pops up
