Articulate Storyline LMS published courses dosen't work on iPad

Hi All,

I have recently updated my iPad OS to 6.1.3(10B329); I have faced a strange problem that the courses which I have tested successfully on iPad through SCORM CLOUD. All these courses are not opening now on iPad using safari browser.

I have created a basic version from storyline which is SCORM 1.2 I have attached the SCORM package along with this. even this is not playing through LMS/Safari.

Can you please investigate and let me know is there any problem because of the iPad OS update.

Hi there Navin,

Unfortunately, the files you shared appear to be the published output files. We'd actually need to see the .STORY file in order to test this. 

Have you tried uploading the course to a host, other than SCORM Cloud? 

On the iPad, have you disabled Private Browsing? You may find that Articulate Storyline's HTML5 output doesn't load as expected in Safari when the Private Browsing feature is enabled.

Also, please make sure you're publishing your course with the most recent version of Storyline. To find this information, click on "Help" and "About Articulate Storyline". If you're not using version 2 (1212.1412), please download and install Update 2 using the link below. Once you've finished updating Storyline, republish, upload and test your course on the iPad.

If you still have trouble viewing the course on the iPad, can you share a little more information about what features are not working properly?
