Articulate Storyline Online Publishing?

Oct 01, 2013

Hello!

Suppose I have designed an Articulate Storyline file with branching, quizzing, surveys, essays, etc.  Suppose I want to email that out to several hundred students or post a link to that on a webpage.  And then I'd like to see a database of all of the responses to the quiz, survey, and essay questions.

How do I publish it online?  How do I get a publisher username for articulate online?  Once I have published it online, how do I see the results of the questions?  Where do I go to access that data and what kind of format is it in?  How secure is the response system?

Thanks for your help!

Hi Jenna and welcome to Heroes!

If you'd like to sign up or test out Articulate online you can do so here.

Once you've set yourself up with an account, you'll be able to select "Publish to Articulate Online" within the publish dialogue. Once you publish you'll be presented with an option to "manage content" which will take you right into your AO account. Once there you'll have options to share the content, check on usage, reports, etc. Once of the first things you'll want to do is set the course to private (the default is public) so that only those users who you invite can access the course. There are a number of video tutorials here about AO that you may want to review and some additional written/video tutorials here.
