It sounds like the quiz tracking from Storyline isn't being reported to your LMS.
I see that you've already opened a support case as well. Smart move! You're in excellent hands working one-on-one with our support engineers and should be hearing from them shortly!

It would be easier for myself, or the community to provide insight if we could take a closer look at the affected .story file. Would you be comfortable uploading a copy here in the discussion?
In the meantime, I would also suggest testing your file with SCORM Cloud. It's a virtual LMS we use to determine if an issue lies with a .story file or the LMS itself. If you test your file with SCORM Cloud and it's working as expected then your issue is likely LMS-based.
